At Dusty Studios, we respect your privacy and take the security of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to Hoppy Clouds, UFO Run, Universe Merge, Little Candle, Alchemist's Wheel, Factory Run, Geode Breaker and all other mobile games developed and published by Dusty Studios in the future (hereinafter referred to as the "Games").
By downloading and playing our Games, you agree to the data collection and usage practices outlined in this policy.
1. Data We Collect
Dusty Studios does not request or collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your first name, last name, phone number, or email address directly from its players.
For most of our games, we store only local data on your device to provide you with a better experience and save your in-game progress. This includes:
-In-game scores and high scores
-Purchased or unlocked character skins
-Audio and music preferences
-In-game virtual currency/point amounts
When data is stored locally, it is kept entirely in your device's memory and is not transferred to our external servers. When you delete the application, this data is also deleted. However, some games utilize third-party cloud services for cross-device progression and global leaderboards (please see Section 2).
2. Third-Party Services and
Advertising Network (Google AdMob)
To offer our games for free, we use Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network. Google AdMob may automatically collect certain data from your device to show you relevant ads (personalized advertising) and measure ad performance.
The data that may be collected by Google
AdMob includes:
-Device type and model
-Operating system version
-Mobile Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
-Geographic location data (coarse location)
-In-game interaction and usage data
Additionally, some of our games use Google Play Games Services for cloud saving (such as in Geode Breaker) and Unity Leaderboards for in-game rankings in other supported titles. These services may collect user IDs, device information, and gameplay progress to provide their core features. This data is securely processed and stored on their respective servers.

3. Data Deletion Requests
If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, in-game progress, or linked account data (such as Google Play Games Services or Unity Leaderboards data), please contact us at info@dustygroup.net. We will process your request and ensure your data is removed from our supported third-party services in accordance with applicable policies.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to ensure the security of the limited data (such as advertising IDs) collected while playing our Games. However, please remember that no method of data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Children's Privacy
While our Games appeal to a general audience, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you, as a parent or guardian, believe that your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us; we will immediately take the necessary steps to delete the relevant data from the systems.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Dusty Studios may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make any changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last Updated" date at the top.
